Dr. Rosner is a native of Cherry Hill, NJ. He received a BA in biology, with honors, from Boston University in 1974. He then attended Washington University (St. Louis) School of Dental Medicine and received his DMD in 1978. After dental school, Dr. Rosner entered his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Boston City Hospital and Tufts-New England Medical Center Hospital. He received his certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation from Tufts Dr. Rosner opened his Lumberton office in 1981. The Delran office was opened in 1990.

Dr. Rosner is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also Board Certified by the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.

He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Southern Dental Society. Dr. Rosner is a member of the New Jersey Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. In addition, he is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration.

Dr. Rosner is on the staff of Virtua-Memorial Hospital of Burlington County, where he is the Chief of the Section of Dentistry. The New Jersey Monthly Magazine recently chose him as The Best in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

He had a traumatic dental experience years ago and was very nervous about oral surgery. Dr. Rosner and his team were exceptional—professional, compassionate, and thorough. They explained every step, made him feel comfortable, and even identified an additional issue during the procedure, ensuring complete care. I had a dental implant done on a back tooth. At no time did I have any pain during or after the procedure.(Except for when he used a 5 pound sledge to drive the implant into my jawbone!) The procedure also included the extraction of the original tooth. I certainly hope this is a one time thing, but if another implant has to be put in I would not hesitate to have Dr. Rosner do it.

10/10!!! Highly recommend Dr. Rosner and his staff! They helped make accommodations for me during my pregnancy and were able to schedule me quickly due to the intolerable pain of a cracked molar. The time in the chair for a tooth extraction with local anesthesia was less than 30 minutes and that's including the time to numb the area and time to rest. Felt NO pain after the initial slight pinch of the local injections. Immediate relief once the tooth was removed. I am 2 days post-procedure with no issues and still no pain. Who knew a tooth extraction could feel so good! Thank you Dr. Rosner and staff!!!

Great oral Surgeon. I've been to him twice two weeks ago . an three yrs.ago I had 14 teeth removed at this office No Problems! This tells me expert know how in what his doing .I had been to other surgeons before. An there just not the same good work. Thank you Dr rosner!

Dr. Rosner made me feel good about myself and comfortable throughout my surgery. He removed all my wisdom teeth and another tooth same day. I can't explain the best dental experience I ever had in my life time I recovered same day I left Dr. Rosner office. Absolutely no pain everything went successful. BEST DOCTOR IN THE NATION!!! At our first meeting Dr. Rosner took the time to explain in detail the entire procedure and time line needed for completion. He is a caring doctor who is very thorough and takes pride in his excellent surgical work. He continuously monitors the well being of the patient during each procedure. On the day of surgery Dr. Rosner called me in the evening to make sure that I was doing well. Dr. Rosner and his staff really care about you as an individual and are very pleasant to each patient and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Rosner and his staff are very competent in the individual tasks they perform. I am very pleased with the outcome of my procedure.

I did appreciate the personal follow-up phone call from Dr. Rosner on the night after the procedure. I am also in health care field and I personally, do follow-up phone calls on our patients after their surgeries and procedure. Kudos to that!
